1.Order Processing
Processing Time: 1-5 business days
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times (after processing)
USA: 3–5 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Note: These are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as holidays, customs, or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Carriers
We use reliable shipping partners, including Printify's network of providers, to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hillssolution.com. We will work with the carrier and Printify to resolve the issue.
7. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries. Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
