At Hills Solution, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

 

14-Day Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and unused.
  • The item must be unwashed and free from stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of use.
  • You must provide your order number.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

 

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items returned after the 14-day return period.
  • Items that are not in their original condition.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, Hills Solution may provide a replacement or refund. 

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to change of mind, sizing, or personal preference. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so we can provide instructions.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will work with our shipping partner to investigate. A replacement or refund may be offered depending on the outcome of the claim.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Hills Solution is not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
