At Hills Solution, all products made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
No Returns or Exchanges for Buyer’s Remorse
We do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind after the order is placed
- Items not liked due to personal preference
Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will offer a replacement or refund.
To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue

Shipping Issues
If your package is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will work with our shipping partner to investigate. A replacement or refund may be offered depending on the outcome of the claim.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Refund Timeframe
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
